How to lose weight with Lemonade

Many people think diets only involve eating less, but the lemonade diet doesn't require you to eat less, it only requires you to drink more lemonade. What great about drinking natural lemonade, is that it taste good and it naturally boosts your metabolism and energy level.  This allows you to lose weight and feel great at the same time.

Step 1: Drink 3 glasses of  pure squeezed lemonade made from lemons or a natural form of lemonade at least 3 times a day.  The fresher the lemonade the better, but any sort of lemonade, without sugar or preservatives will work.

Step 2: Drink more more.   Like most fruits and vegetables, lemons can help detoxify your body, when coupled with pure water this effect can be amplified.  

Step 3: Add some lemon juice to your water and this will further boost your metabolism and detoxify your body.

Step 4: You will feel bursts of energy through out the day. Especially after a meal, use this time to move around, walk, exercise or anything to keep your body moving this will burn more calories and naturally detoxify your body.

Step 5: For maximum weight loss results, eat fewer heavy and processed foods. You don't need to become a vegan, but if you can eat more vegetables and fruit this will further help your body lose weight.

Step 6: For maximum weight loss, you can couple your diet with a water and tea fast.  This involves slowly removing any food from your diet and drinking only water and pure tea.

Hello how are you doing.I and a diabetic and i want to lower my numbers and i love to drink tea with milk but

i think if i use tea it will help my blood sugars go down.i drink tea with equal not sugar and i do like the tast.But i just want to know if it would help me lose weight and help my numbers go down.

Okay, I love milk too, but milk isn't always the best for you. However, if you drink it with green tea, it will help remove the harmful effects. Drinking more green tea (without sugar) should only benefit you. Drinking green tea has helped me lose weight and keep it off. Drinking green tea with lemonade or other citrus fruits helps hold in the beneficial effects of the green tea. However, be aware even green tea has caffeine in it. Although it is a lot less than coffee and black tea, it can keep you awake if you drink too much. Drink lots of water and green tea and you will lose weight and feel better.
